That quote is the basic premise for this community. Each week, each member should define their fitness goals to reach that week. These goals should be challenging, but achievable. For example:

"I will run 1 mile"
"I will drink 64oz of water"
"I will do 50 situps daily"
"I will get up before 7am to exercise"

Keep in mind these goals are to be FITNESS related. Each goal should be something you intend to do daily, however, if there are exercises you only intend to do on certain days make sure you state that when you list the goal. Example:

"I will swim for one hour on Thursday"

At the end of the week, weigh in on how you did! You can have the same goal for as many weeks as you want, and before long, you'll have formed lots of good habits and achieved many goals.

Each member is encouraged to post their weekly goals as well as daily updates, though, daily updates are not required. Feel free to post about any triumphs and tribulations or longer term things you'd like to achieve. There are no 'rules' per se, but please remember this community is about achieving healthy goals. Comments/posts that are pro-eating disorder, pro-drug, etc will not be tolerated. Nor will flaming - the point of a community is to support each other!
